Advanced packs are for those wishing to take their training to the next level in one or more of the aspects of our system.
Kick Boxing advanced pack - £25
This takes your kickboxing into hard and full contact boxing and kickboxing.
Boxing gloves, hand wraps or hand sox, and a gumshield - £25

Kobudo advanced pack - £30
This is a set of the longer Japanese weapons.
Bokken (£8), Jo (£10), Bo (£12) - £30

Grappling - Judo gi - white - £30
For basic grappling a T shirt is fine.
(No vests though!)
For advanced grappling you need a gi jacket for certain throws and chokes.
Also seasonal street fighting - in the winter an opponent will usually wear something like a leather jacket or heavy coat with a collar - as will you.
Also the gi is hygeneic for grappling, which is why I always wear one.
Also gi pants can be used for any class. They are like the "kung fu" pants we wear without ankle cuffs.
It is up to you to decide when and if you want to take your training to the nex level. When you do, the kit is available at reasonable price.
