This is another one of those thread started in 2015 and added to over the next five years
The Ninja Board was set up in 2009, as were the other Boards - there was only one thread initially, and it lists the 9 schools with some notes
The specific breakdowns were added over the next 15 years, but they had always been there, right from the start

With STMA we have focussed on Combat Conditioning, as detailed above, and with more depth in the links
Upper Body "pushing" inc Arms for Punching
Upper Body "pulling" esp Back for Grappling
Legs for Kicking
Obviously this is a simplification
- deadlifts used for throwing involve hamstrings
- biceps used for pulling
Grappling Newaza uses Isometric strength from Yoga
As NINPO in STMA has been added as an "overlay" this applies to later use of Junan Taiso and Taihenjutsu
The use of weapons
The wearing of Yoroi, armour, and how to move correctly and apply the techniques
Then the more "NINJA" skills and their application
- Running
- Swimming
- Climbing - trees, mountains, buildings - empty hand and with tools
- Horsemanship and riding skills inc fighting on horseback
which are performed with different clothing, different armour, carrying and using different equipment
These then apply through the ages to modern warfare
