My notes from the thread
Rolles is a Gracie family member and a 4th degree Black belt, the same grade as Royce was at when he won the first UFCs
Marius is a World Class strength athlete - for his cage prep he has focussed on Boxing and Kyokushin Karate, so has learnt how to functionalise his strength for combat
The breakdown in slo mo shows the perfect use of distance, timing, feint, jab, trap, and a big OH one punch KO
The First Rule is still, and always will be, LEARN TO HIT FUCKING HARD - even if you are fighting a GRACIE
As we have been working on this for a couple of weeks and will continue this week it becomes relevant
