Our combat conditioning program includes the following elements:

Strength training using weights and resistance

Flexibility including stretching exercises from yoga, pilates and junan taiso

– isometric stretching
– relaxed stretching
– dynamic aka ballistic stretching

Fitness aka cardio training

We also have exercises to develop Attributes
– Coordination, balance, distance and timing
– agility, awareness, grace, reaction, rhythm, speed
