There is a lot of repetition, but it's worth watching to see his progression as a fighter over the years, one match at a time

The blog contains lots of relevant and amusing clips on PE:

or what not to do if fighting a homophobic redneck

whitetigermartialarts.blogspot.co.uk/2011/03/also_12.html
don't surprise ambush someone with good reflexes and prepared responses

whitetigermartialarts.blogspot.co.uk/2011/03/double-kos.html
double KOs - why you should keep your guard up

whitetigermartialarts.blogspot.co.uk/2011/03/leg-destruction.html
leg destruction - on the first beat

as 2 of these clips no longer work you can see the first leg break as number 4 on this clip of top ten breaks
www.youtube.com/watch?v=85gpaUMzZl8&feature=player_embedded

it's also worth watching the whole thing, most of these are from things like football, but they show how easy it is to accidentally break a shin or forearm - so if we intend to break an attackers shin or forearm it is a devastating fight ending injury

the number 1 break is a femur break - and this can, and has been, achieved with a thai kick

and this we have referred to in Thai training

attacker comes in with a right knee - defender responds with a right cross
