Update to the Triangle Choke thread, including renaming to 40 Year History

This year, 2025, as mentioned, is the 100 Year Centenary for the Gracie Academy, officially opened in 1925
At the end of the 2024 Season, we had the mats down and covered Scarf Hold Control and Submission
The reason we start with this is due to the JUDO background, as it comes to us from Old Jujutsu
The Gracie Combatives do not include the Scarf Hold, apart from as a transition in Side Mount game, they cover it later in the Master Key cycle
We like to be more thorough in STMA
We will revisit Mount Game in the new Season, which includes Escape, Control and Submission, which includes Taking The Back and the Sleeper choke, the Aggressive JJ Attack play
We then look at when we get upa from the Mount, so are denied Mount Game, and go to the Guard Game, the more Defensive play
This includes Control, Punch Defence, and Submission
The Submission are, of course, straight arm, bent arm, and choke
The Choke from The Guard, is the Triangle Choke
