UNARMED - Selecting drills weekly from KOPPO, KEMPO and KARATE

GROUND - put the mats down and work NEWAZA Grappling drills
THROWS and TD
MATS - parts of UNARMED that involve full TD and Ground finish - based on GRASS Koryu
KICKBOXING - THAI Pads, FOCUS Pads, use of the SHIELD - learning the role of both FIGHTER and COACH
Drills in partner work from BOXING and SAVATE as well as the crossover from KARATE and application of THAI moves
