Due to the complexity of box set 2 and the amount of material it covers, we have subdivided it into 2 sets - 2a and 2b.
2a covers J,C,H and triangle footwork and builds on set 1.
2a also covers entry with the rear hand - directly with the uppercut or from a low body hook to the uppercut.

2b covers entry, drive the opponent to the ropes and then finish them with close range circular punches, building on set 2a.

Once the course is completed we will make Monday 1 sport based and do work on box sets.
