Hubud is the first NRG drill a student learns at STMA.
All CRA techniques are peformed from hubud.
Chi sao is close range sparring from Wing Chun,
sparring at trapping range.
It fills the gap between kickboxing and grappling.
We used to make chi sao "senior", but now all the yellow belts are rolling it will be easier to develop chi sao sparring from yellow belt up.
There are more NRG drills we will add to fill in the gaps between hubud and freeplay chi sao.
