kaiten means rolling
if you get knocked to the ground during a fight you need to hit the ground and get up safely and wthout getting hurt
anyone can do a Judo breakfall on a mat
it's harder on wood
it's even harder on concrete
our kaiten work well on grass and we will be doing some of these at the next course and on future courses -
it's a bigger subject than you might think and almost an art in its own right.
