I have had you do some of these before and I don't like to do a lot of set moves for multile opponent situations because they are so chaotic and there are so may variables however you do need some base moves for certain situations like being grabbed from behind while fighting an opponent in front.
When practicing your regular sets, and this applies to all phases, weapons, locks, ground, etc, keep in mind that although you are dealing with one person you need to be aware of what is going on around you, where everyone else is, where other attacks may be coming from.
These are battlefield tactics and, like snooker or chess, you need to be thinking ahead to set up our next move, which will be against the next opponent.
Certain moves, like Five Swords, can be done against a series of attackers - the first 2 or 3 moves take down the first attacker, then you step and angle to take on the second attacker
