At a typical session during the kb bit any 2 members will be able to pair up with the pads - do a round where one holds pads and one hits, a round where you change roles, then a round where you glove up and spar.
This would be a basic 3 round workout. Obviously you could do more rounds pads or sparring and can spar with more than one partner at a session - or padwork with more than one partner.
This applies to focus pads and thai pads and also to use of the shield, as well as kb and savate drills with pads.
