On mat day we will spar Vale Tudo, combining kickboxing with grappling.
This is NOT "MMA" - MMA is a sport with rules.
Vale Tudo means "anything goes" - you abandon the rules of kb sparring and grappling sparring to allow true free play.
Members may wish to acquire Vale Tudo gloves for this.
