One of the things we looked at today was how the throwing of Judo and cutting of Kendo are used in Aikido.
Though we don't directly use aikido in STMA, just as we don't use Fencing, the concepts of aikido can be used in our use locking for immobilisations and projections, just as how Fencing is used in JF boxing and kb.
We also tapped the song Okey Kokey, as some of the lyics contain combat concepts:
