a choke, an armbar and an armlock - same 3 main waza as in standing and Mount series

elevator sweep - following on from grass day - against an overly aggressive attacker, use that energy against him and retake the Mount

mount elbow escape shrimp - progression in this combative - against a wide base and/or heavy opponent, shrimp to guard

outside guard pass - side mount control - take mount
