Shizen - neutral natural stance
Ichimonji and Jumoniji we use all the time
Dokko is the chamber in sui no kata and ichimonji waza
Kosei is in jumonji waza
Hicho crane we use in KH
Hoko we use in frame, in ganseki, and I dem the use of it in Kempo sets
Hira is less obvious but we use it in more ways than you think, including BH defs
