This kb lesson structure is based on freeflow sparring through structure and phase with different partners. The idea is to put in the hours over several months of flight time.

It enables me to dip into any particular art and structure to give detailed instruction, whether that be the art of boxing, Thai or savate, or a sparring structure such as kicks or hands, or the use of the knee.

It enables students during freeplay to focus on a certain element of sparring with a particular partner.

We will be developing this over the forthcoming months and really freeing up your individual freeplay and sparring style.
