TSUI NA

 

We also took the time to cover the TSUI NA, how to adjust the spine when caught up or displaced, focusing on the area T1 to T6

Lifting and lying versions, lots of popping and cracking

This is the area most affected by grappling and neck pulling - and also in day to day activity such as PC work and driving


Other areas to focus on depending on need:


T6 - T12, the lower half of the rib cage

L1 - Lt - the Lumbar

Sacrum and sacro-iliac - hips and pelvis

Neck itself - the 7 cervical vertebrae
