We took one of the Master Key moves at this session - Five Swords - and used a different entry attack, the opponent starting with a jab,cross rather than a rear hook.
We then worked on breaking the rhythm and timing of the sequence rather than just doing the continuous flow.
These "break points" allow for the reaction of the opponent after the strike.
we broke five swords down into 5 parts:
block jab, block cross, shuto
shuto, punch, shuto - like 6 count hi lo hi
power shuto - marraige of gravity
chin lift and throat shuto - directional harmony
mule kick
