Going back to an old boxing club format where we use a preliminary drill before doing boxing set one
Set one starts with
1. J C J
2. C J C
So we use those as a warm up continuous drill for a round
Then we do it with triple hooks, then triple uppercuts
It's a fast program to groove the basic punches into the muscles - like the karate kid doing his cleaning drills, wax on, wax off, it fixes the pathways and sets the format for the rest of the boxing sets
