The DVD is filmed at 3 venues over the course of about a month:
Sports Hall - with mats - KB and Combat Jujutsu
Boxing Gym - in the ring - boxing and KB
Karate Dojo - karate and weapons classes
Participating are The Guv and some his senior students and STMA alumni:
Stork, Puck and Rhino - Black Belts
Lemon, Tig, Budgie - brown belts
Baby, Sly, Apple - green belts
Also members of the junior karate club, known as the
S Club Juniors
As the footage is filmed at working gyms sometimes the sound quality is not so good. This is because we didn't mic up or take into account the picking up of background noise such as music, stix and pads going on off camera. However during a lot of tape I don't do much direct instruction - it is a chance to see training sessions and see techniques, drills and sparring performed at a high level.
The students on this tape are where YOU want to be in a year's time.
