If you're unsure what to order next, you could consider ordering a rattan Bo and cutting it in half.

The rattan Bo is a 6 foot staff which costs £14.

Cutting it in half creates 2 sticks of 3 foot length, which have cost you £7 each. Quite the bargain.

One of these will then function as a stick, while one will function as a sword.

The stick can be used for largo drills in eskrima, a longer stick than your usual eskrima rattan.

It also functions as a hanbo, a Jap-kob weapon which has striking and locking options. It equates to the walking stick.

The "sword" represents the short, straight ninja-to, functionally different from the red oak bokken which represents the katana.

It also represents the Filipino "kampilan" sword.

The advantage of using rattan rather than oak is it is lighter and more manouverable for training. And you can generate more impact when drilling against eskrima stix.

Alternatively, two members who only want one stick rather than two, could split the cost of a Bo and literally "go halves" on it!
