J, J and J, C are the start of box set 2
in this set we add a dte leg kick
J, C, H, C is a new ABC, a variation on those in set 1 and 2
again we add the dte at the end
this is a thai concept, taken from Krabi 5 step
J, J and RU, H, C are ABCs from set 2
here we chain them, a Kali concept
we add kick and knee at the end
this is the Extension concept from box set 6
The HH ABC is a long chain, similar to 5a
The FH is similar to Thai set 3
As for the def, is is based on the opening of box set 4 where you defend the jab and cross and reply with C, H, C - only here you block the kick first
a drill to develop def ABCs based on a kick entry, counter punching - with a normal ABC you enter with usually a jab or fouette, maybe tiip - in a def ABC the opponent enters so your first move in the sequence is defensive, a block or evade
