JUNAN TAISO - Stretching and Conditioning - the warmup and prep movements to get ready for the session
ARUKI - Stepping and walking in the SHIHO Four Directions, then the HAPPO, using the diagonals to make 8 directions
UKEMI breakfalls and KAITEN rolling in the SHIHO Four Directions
SHIHO TEN CHI TOBI - Leaping in the Four Directions - the TEN jumping up and CHI "jumping" to Earth - as in MUTODORI Sword avoidance
KAMAE the Postures and Stances, the manifestation of Attitude and the HOKEN JUROPPO, the Striking Tools
KURAI DORI - Taking the Kamae against the attack
KOPPO Justu and KEMPO against Strike and Grapple attacks
Some TD and projection including use of Musha Dori and Ganseki - Nage, Otoshi and Ori expressions
HANBO - The first six techniques - Inside and Outside arm bar, Ganseki and Muto Dori, Arm locks up and down, Oni Kudaki/Ude Gaeshi and Ude Hineri
Covered most of the TAIJUSU and HANBO planned but ran out of time for BOKKEN and JO and any Weapon Stepping - so that will roll over to next Grass session
