Set K2

 

Defences against hand strike angles. These can be punches, or a knife attack and are done against angle #1, #3, #5.

1st drill - block and chest slap to get feel
1 - against #1 block and punch
2 - add HKE - elbow, knee, head
3 - against #3 - lo block - wrap - HKE
4 - against #1 - double block - shuto, palm, choy
5 - chain ABC 1 and ABC 4

6 - against #1 - bil sao - knee break, shuto
7 - against #5 face punch - knee break, arm break
