We have worked up the 3 levels of GYOKKO RYU and covered these with TDs on the Grass sessions - we have a Grass session next Thu and these will again form a part of this training
In CLASS we will continue to look at the Form and Concept on defence against KNIFE and SWORD and also how it relates to the Modern GUN defences
This is in parallel to the current development with KNIFE, both single and double, and the HOKEN JURROP fists
