We only teach one gun defence at STMA - the one that works.
The gun itself is not the threat - it is the bullet, so we defend angle #5 and clear the line of fire.
We use kote gaeshi to disarm.
We use Delayed Sword from Kempo, adapted to use the gun butt itself for the shuto.
