The KO - the Power Punch

 


Remember the First Rule of Self Defence.


To develop the power punch we have to change the delivery system of the punch.

1. The step

2. knee bend

3. Hip

4. Shoulder

5. The fist

Also applies to the slap.

We develop this technique on the pads and in line-up to the opponent's chin.

The purpose is to knock the attacker out cold.
